Eligibility

Open to licensed dental professionals who are legal residents of the United States and practicing in the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Glidewell Dental, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible.

For purposes of these Rules, “licensed dental professionals” include dentists with active state licenses, licensed dental hygienists, and licensed/registered dental assistants (including EFDA where applicable). Dental students and residents are not eligible unless holding an active license permitting independent practice in their state.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

Promotion Period

The Arch Bracket Challenge promotion begins on March 2, 2026 at 6:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on March 19, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Participate

Eligible participants may enter by voting in the Arch Bracket Challenge during the Promotion Period. Each eligible vote constitutes one (1) entry into the promotion. Voting is limited to one (1) vote per person per round and is tracked by email address.

The Challenge consists of 4 rounds occurring on the following dates:

• Round 1: 3/2/26 6:00 a.m. Pacific Time – 3/5/26 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time
• Round 2: 3/6/26 noon Pacific Time – 3/11/26 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time
• Round 3: 3/12/26 noon Pacific Time – 3/16/26 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time
• Round 4: 3/17/26 noon Pacific Time – 3/19/26 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time

Limit one (1) entry per person per round, regardless of method of entry.

Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”): To enter without voting, hand‑print your full name, professional title, practice name, business mailing address, telephone number, email address, and “Arch Bracket Challenge” on a 3″×5″ card and mail it in a #10 envelope to: Glidewell Dental Laboratories — Arch Bracket Challenge, 4141 MacArthur Blvd., Newport Beach, CA 92660. Mail‑in entries must be postmarked by the deadline for the applicable round and received within five (5) days thereafter. Each valid mail‑in entry equals one (1) entry for the applicable round. Limit one (1) mail‑in entry per person per round. Mechanically reproduced entries are void.

Prizes

The following prizes will be awarded at the conclusion of the Promotion Period, subject to availability:

• Glidewell™ Curing Light (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $599.00 each; Quantity: 2)
• Glidewell™ Contra-angle Electric Handpiece (ARV: $580.00 each; Quantity: 2)
• Implant PTFE Sutures + Blades (ARV: $127.00 each; Quantity: 5)
• Scan Mate (ARV: $155.00 each; Quantity: 5)
• BruxZir™ Dual Cure Resin Cement (ARV: $85.00 each; Quantity: 11)

Total ARV of all prizes combined: $4,703.00. Limit one (1) prize per person. Prizes are non‑transferable and have no cash value; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. No purchase is required to enter or win, and a purchase will not affect the odds of winning.

Winner Selection, Notification & Announcement

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Potential winners will be notified via the email address used to enter the promotion to confirm eligibility and shipping details. Winners may be publicly announced via Glidewell Dental email communications, website, and/or social media channels.

Sponsor may require potential winners to complete and return an Eligibility Affidavit, licensure verification, and, if applicable, an IRS Form W‑9 prior to prize award. Failure to timely complete required documentation may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prize Fulfillment & Shipping

Prizes will be shipped only to verified U.S. dental practice addresses following winner confirmation. Allow 4–6 weeks for prize fulfillment. Glidewell Dental is not responsible for lost or misdirected shipments.

Tax Responsibility

Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt.

Disqualification

Glidewell Dental reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry or voting process, using multiple email addresses, or otherwise violating these Official Rules.

The use of automated, programmatic, robotic, or similar entry methods is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries and to require identity/licensure verification.

General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Glidewell Dental, which are final and binding. Glidewell Dental reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion for any reason, including fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control.

If the Promotion is terminated before the scheduled end, Sponsor may, at its discretion, award prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible, non‑suspect entries received up to the time of the event giving rise to termination.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Glidewell Dental and its affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Publicity Release

Where lawful, by accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name, professional title, city/state, practice name, and statements about the Promotion for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without additional notice or compensation.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Promotion is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at glidewelldental.com/privacy-policy. Marketing communications are optional and not a condition of entry; opting in or out will not affect your chances of winning.
