After reducing the bone and sequentially drilling the osteotomies using the multi-level surgical guide according to the approved digital treatment plan provided by Glidewell, six Hahn™ Tapered Implants were placed in the exact positions needed to support an esthetic restoration.

After connecting the laser-labeled, pre-cut temporary cylinders to the implants and seating the prosthetic delivery guide, the immediate provisional was seated over the cylinders, and a pick-up procedure was performed to secure the cylinders within the prosthesis.

After completing the fabrication of the provisional implant prosthesis using the all-inclusive parts provided by Glidewell, the patient was extremely pleased to have implants placed and immediately loaded with a functional provisional restoration in one efficient appointment.
