How It Works

Glidewell accepts scans directly from all intraoral scanning systems. Select a scanning system to learn more about submitting a Next-Day BruxZir restoration.

Glidewell My Account
  1. After completing the scan, export the scan files in either an .stl, .zip, .dcm or .ply file format.
  2. Go to My Account and log in or sign up.
  3. On the My Account dashboard page, select “Send Digital Case.” Then, click “Select” on the Digital Rx window.
  4. Fill out the Case Information. In the Deliver by 5pm section, select the following day. Add your scan files to the Attachments section.
  5. In the Rx Information section, notate “Next-Day BruxZir” before including any other information.
  6. Once the form is completed, click “Submit.”
  7. Submit your completed digital case form before 2 p.m.
  8. Your BruxZir restoration will be delivered by 10:30 a.m. the next morning.

We’ve partnered with FedEx to ensure that your restoration arrives on time — at no added cost to you. Our Next-Day BruxZir Service includes FedEx Priority Overnight® shipping to make it easy for you to treat emergency patients or offer the ultimate restorative convenience.

Cases that miss the 2 p.m. cut-off time will receive a phone call from a Glidewell Customer Service representative offering alternatives including changing the case so that it will arrive two days after initial submission, or converting the case to three days in lab.

Glidewell Customer Service team will contact your office before 3 p.m. to attempt to remedy any issues.

While we strive to meet the next-day service needs for all submitted cases, there may be rare instances where we cannot fulfill the promise. If the dentist submits all required elements for the case before the 2 p.m. cut-off time and then the lab fails to manufacture and ship out the case that same day, the case will be shipped the following day and the case will be free of charge for the dentist.

The standard delivery date for all Next-Day BruxZir cases is the next business day. This means, unless otherwise specified, cases submitted on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Extended delivery times may apply for some rural areas.

Yes. Please make sure to specify this request when submitting your case.

Case-specific reduction information will be provided as a printout. The printout will include a high-resolution image depicting any areas requiring reduction, as well as detailed notes to help you optimize results.

All Next-Day BruxZir cases are model-free. If you would like to request a model, please contact Glidewell Customer Service. The requested model will be shipped separately and incurs a separate fee.
