Dr. Gordon Christensen

Gordon J. Christensen, DDS, MSD, Ph.D.

Dr. Gordon Christensen is a practicing prosthodontist in Provo, Utah. He is director of Practical Clinical Courses and CEO of Clinicians Report. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics; Fellow and Diplomate of the ICOI; and a distinguished member of numerous professional organizations. Dr. Christensen and his wife Rella are cofounders of the nonprofit Gordon J. Christensen Clinicians Report® (formerly CRA Newsletter).

Neil I. Park, DMD

Dr. Neil Park is Glidewell’s vice president of clinical affairs. After receiving his DMD from Temple University School of Dentistry, Dr. Park practiced dentistry for 12 years before beginning his career in the dental implant field. For the past two decades, Dr. Park has held top leadership positions at companies such as Nobel Biocare and Henry Schein. Dr. Park is recognized for his work in the creation and management of innovative programs designed to bring new technology to private practitioners. He is responsible for the development and implementation of key changes in the predoctoral implant curriculum of universities throughout North America. He joined Glidewell in 2016, where he now oversees clinical research & development, as well as training and education programs in implant, restorative and esthetic dentistry. In addition, he serves as an executive editor of Chairside® magazine.
Gary Pritchard

Gary Pritchard, J.D.

Gary Pritchard received his law degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, and went on to serve as general counsel for Clayton Homes, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway Company, and Fleetwood Enterprises, Inc., a Fortune 500 Company. As a board-certified trial lawyer, Gary was a managing partner for Pritchard & Hanszen in Houston, Texas, and holds active law licenses in Texas, Arizona, Tennessee and California. Gary is currently one of the in-house labor counselors for Glidewell, where he has been integral in instituting policies that protect both employees and the company.

Stephenie Goddard, MS

Stephenie Goddard, M.S.

Stephenie strategically leads and manages new business development, sales, and customer experience, as well as oversees Human Resources and Learning and Development at Glidewell. Since joining the company, she has been a driving force behind key initiatives including three highly effective employee programs. Under her guidance, Glidewell has launched LEAD, High Potential and the Executive Leadership Programs, which have produced exceptional talent at all levels. Goddard has been nominated as Executive of the Year by NHRA and was the recipient of the Strategic Leadership Award. She has a bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University and a master’s degree from San Jose State University.

Dr. Justin Chi

Justin Chi, DDS, CDT

Dr. Justin Chi is director of clinical technologies at Glidewell. He joined Glidewell as a clinical research associate in 2015 after graduating from the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC. Dr. Chi’s previous education included receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in dental laboratory technology from the LSU School of Dentistry, and earning his CDT in crown and bridge in 2007.

Dr. Taylor Manalili

Taylor Manalili, DDS

Dr. Taylor Manalili joined Glidewell in August 2018 as the first-ever Glidewell fellow. Since that time, she has conducted clinical research and performed advanced restorative work, including implant placement, chairside restorations and full-mouth rehabilitations. Dr. Manalili received her Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Northeastern University and then earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree as well as a certificate in the advanced specialty of prosthodontics from Stony Brook University. Throughout her residency, Dr. Manalili served as a clinical instructor for predoctoral students, and provided lectures to students, residents and local dentists.

Dr. Jack Hahn

Jack Hahn, DDS

Dr. Jack Hahn earned his DDS from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and completed postgraduate coursework at Boston University, New York University, the University of Michigan and the University of Kentucky. A pioneer in the field of implant dentistry, Dr. Hahn has been placing and restoring implants for 50 years. Dr. Hahn developed the NobelReplace® dental implant system for Nobel Biocare, oversaw the design of the Hahn™ Tapered Implant, and was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry in 2015. He is also editor-in-chief of Chairside® magazine. Dr. Hahn lectures to dentists around the world and maintains a private practice in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Dr. Steve Carstensen

Steve Carstensen, DDS

Dr. Steve Carstensen has treated sleep apnea and snoring in Bellevue, Washington, since 1998. He serves as a consultant to the ADA for sleep-related breathing disorders, has completed the UCLA Sleep Medicine Mini-Residency, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine. Dr. Carstensen lectures internationally, advises several sleep-related manufacturers, directs sleep education at The Pankey Institute, and is a guest lecturer at multiple schools of dentistry. He also served as editor-in-chief of Dental Sleep Practice magazine from 2014–2019, and he is the coauthor of “The Clinician’s Handbook for Dental Sleep Medicine,” which was published by Quintessence in 2019.

Dr. Paresh B. Patel

Paresh B. Patel, DDS

Dr. Paresh Patel is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry and the Medical College of Georgia/AAID MaxiCourse. He is a fellow of the Misch International Implant Institute and a diplomate of the ICOI. Dr. Patel has placed more than 5,000 implants, has published numerous articles in leading dental journals, and has worked as a lecturer and clinical consultant on dental implants and prosthetics for several companies. Dr. Patel maintains private practices in Lenoir and Mooresville, North Carolina.

David Hochberg, DDS

David Hochberg, DDS

Dr. David Hochberg graduated from the Emory University School of Dentistry and completed advanced training in the surgical and restorative phases of implant therapy at the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) MaxiCourse® held at the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry. Dr. Hochberg operates a general practice in Atlanta that has provided restorative, implant and cosmetic dentistry services for more than 30 years. He has lectured nationally, is the immediate past president of the AAID, and is a former chief editor of the AAID News.
Dr. Resnik

Randolph Resnik, DMD, MSD

Dr. Randolph Resnik graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and has earned specialty certificates in prosthodontics and oral implantology, as well as a Master of Dental Science. He was chief of staff and surgical director of the Misch International Implant Institute for over 15 years, and is currently the institute’s director and primary lecturer. Dr. Resnik lectures in the U.S. and internationally, and has a practice in Pittsburgh focused on oral implantology.

Dr. Schelsinger

Charles Schlesinger, DDS

Dr. Charles Schlesinger is a dental implant educator and clinician who has been lecturing internationally throughout the United States, Canada, China, Saudi Arabia and the UK for the past 11 years. He graduated with honors from The Ohio State College of Dentistry in 1996. After graduation, he completed a General Practice residency at the VAMC San Diego and then went on to become the Chief Resident at the VAMC W. Los Angeles. During his time in Los Angeles, he completed extensive training in oral surgery, implantology and advanced restorative treatment. He is a Fellow of the ICOI. Once he completed his residency, Dr. Schlesinger maintained a thriving restorative and implant practice in San Diego for 14 years. In 2012, he became the director of education and clinical affairs, and later chief operating officer, for a surgical device company. In 2016, Dr. Schlesinger founded The CD Schlesinger Group, LLC, to help practitioners gain knowledge and experience with implants, and became an educator for The Hahn™ Tapered Implant System. Additionally, he continues to provide comprehensive implant care to patients in a private practice setting in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Dr. Timothy Kosinski

Timothy Kosinski, DDS, MAGD

Dr. Timothy Kosinski graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and received a Master of Science degree in biochemistry from Wayne State University School of Medicine. An adjunct clinical professor at UDM School of Dentistry, he serves on the editorial review board of numerous dental journals. Dr. Kosinski is a Diplomate of the ABOI/ID, ICOI and American Society of Osseointegration, and a Fellow of the AAID, ACD and ICD. He has a Mastership in the AGD, from which he also received the Lifelong Learning and Service Recognition award in 2009 and 2014.

Dr. Raymond Choi

Raymond Choi, DDS

Dr. Raymond Choi received his DDS from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry and has taught there for 10 years as an assistant clinical professor. He is a Fellow of the ICOI, an Associate Fellow of the AAID, and a graduate of the Misch International Implant Institute. As a general dentist who has been placing implants for over 20 years in his private practice in Tustin, California, he was one of the first dentists on the West Coast to place mini dental implants for loose-denture stabilization. He founded the Global Mini Implant Institute and has taught and lectured extensively on various aspects of mini implant dentistry in the U.S. and internationally.

Brad McKeiver

Brad McKeiver, CPA, MBA

Brad McKeiver is partner-in-charge of Aprio’s National Dental Industry Practice, an accounting solutions group. McKeiver arms dentists with real-time financial data about their practices and has helped numerous practitioners make informed business decisions that focus on driving increased profitability, growth and value. He believes the key to operating any successful dental practice is owner involvement, and so he works closely with owners to plan for and achieve their strategic business goals and empowers them with current metrics to help evaluate both short- and long-term opportunities. McKeiver is a recognized thought leader in the dental industry and speaks regularly at dental conferences and professional organization events across the nation. He received both his Bachelor of Business Administration in Trusts and Investments and his MBA in Finance from Campbell University in North Carolina.

Dr. Steven Barrett

Steven Barrett, DDS

Dr. Steven Barrett earned his DDS from Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine and shortly after joined the U.S. Navy, where he served for three years. In 1991, he joined Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics, a private group practice now with over 80 locations in Florida. Currently the clinical director and a senior partner with the group, he uses his more than 25 years of experience practicing restorative dentistry to organize the group’s in-house continuing education program, lecture at dental schools and provide one-on-one mentorships throughout the state.

Mark Hebner

Mark T. Hebner is the founder and president of Index Fund Advisors, Inc., (IFA), and author of the highly regarded book Index Funds: The 12-Step Recovery Program for Active Investors, which focuses on investor education. Nominated as one of the three all-time greatest investment books, Index Funds details the possible perils associated with stock picking, mutual fund manager picking, market timing, and other wealth depleting behaviors. Hebner’s 12-Step Program teaches the differences between active and passive investing, explains the emotional triggers that impact investment decisions, and offers an enlightening education on evidence-based investing that may forever change the way an investor perceives the stock market. Hebner is a Wealth Advisor (Series 65) and has an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and a bachelor’s in Nuclear Pharmacy from the University of New Mexico.

Dr. Abedi

Hamid Abedi, DDS

Dr. Hamid Abedi is an endodontist and the CEO and founder of Cornerstone Dental Specialties (CDS), the largest endodontic group in the country. CDS has 34 endodontists servicing over 200 offices in 10 states. The group has performed close to a million root canals and is helping navigate endodontic emergency services in their referring offices during the current coronavirus pandemic. Dr. Abedi has published over 20 scientific articles. He has coauthored two chapters in the primary textbooks of endodontics, Endodontics: Principles and Practice, and surgical endodontics, The Art and Science of Contemporary Surgical Endodontics. He has four issued patents in the dental arena and is part-time faculty at Loma Linda University.
Dr. Coachman

Christian Coachman, DDS, CDT

Dr. Christian Coachman received degrees in dental technology in 1995 and dentistry in 2002 from the University of São Paulo, Brazil. In 1996, Dr. Coachman opened his own laboratory and later worked as a technical consultant on Willi Geller Creation Ceramics. He served as an instructor at the Ceramic Specialization Program at Ceramoart Training Center. From 2004 to 2009, he served as the head ceramist for the Atlanta-based practice of Drs. Ronald E. Goldstein, David Garber and Maurice Salama. Dr. Coachman currently works as a consultant and develops products for companies. He has lectured and published internationally in the fields of esthetic dentistry, oral rehabilitation, dental ceramics and implants.

Greg brings decades of dental implant experience to Glidewell Laboratories, including the marketing and sales of complex technical devices. He began his career as a sales representative at Steri-Oss, a leading U.S. implant company. Following the company’s acquisition by Nobel Biocare, Greg was promoted into the product development group and later to the position of director of marketing. Greg joined Glidewell Laboratories in 2006 as director of implant business development, and he currently serves as chief operating officer.

Mark Romano is cofounder and co-owner of Now Media Group, a San Diego-based marketing firm that specializes in web design, social media, advertising and content curation to promote dental practice growth. With over a decade of experience in the dental marketing industry, Mark has positioned his firm as a dependable business partner for dentists and has served more than 750 clients in the U.S. and in multiple countries around the world.

Karrie Letu

Karrie Letu

Karrie Comfort Letu is a social media expert with a focus on helping brands grow their Instagram following. She also believes in creating communities that advocate for their favorite brands. She graduated from California State University, Long Beach, with a degree in English education and journalism, and has since managed social media presences in areas ranging from consumer products to C-suite personal accounts and nonprofit organizations. Karrie now manages all U.S. accounts for Glidewell.

Dr. Berley

Ken Berley, DDS, J.D., DABDSM, FAGD

Dr. Ken Berley is a dentist/attorney with over 35 years of dental experience and more than two decades of legal experience. For the past 10 years, he has focused his practice on the treatment of sleep-related breathing disorders (SRBDs) and TMD. As the only DDS/J.D./diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine, Dr. Berley lectures and consults in the areas of risk management and the development of successful dental sleep medicine (DSM) practices. He has been published in Sleep Review magazine and other journals associated with SRBDs, and he has written numerous consent forms that are used in general and DSM practices. With his unique background, Dr. Berley provides consulting services for various insurance companies, and he actively defends and advises dentists who are facing legal challenges. He is the president of Dream Sleep Team, LLC, a consulting firm that offers DSM in-office training along with consent forms and documents to assist the DSM practice.
